MADM provides search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, and local SEO services for residential real estate investors. The content on this site is for general information. Any engagement begins only after we agree on scope and terms in a separate written agreement, which will control if it conflicts with anything here.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside my control, including search engines, ad platforms, competition, your market, and your own follow-up with leads. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, cost per lead, or revenue. Any figures, timelines, case studies, or examples shown on this site describe past results for specific clients and are not a promise of your results.
